Digital Merchandising Specialist - Cabinets


Renovation Brands is a profitable and rapidly growing online retailer looking for a E-Commerce Manager in Boulder, CO to join our growing Marketing team.

Our mission is to build on our success as a leading marketplace for home décor, home improvement and commercial interior products. We are looking to expand our marketing team with talented and bright individuals who are passionate about what they do.


The Merchandising Specialist is a key member on the Advertising and Marketing team and is responsible for the promotion of products for our through merchandising and optimization of our website. You’ll use your knowledge and strategy skills to maximize exposure and profits for our top selling products. You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies to expand our customer base and grow revenue.

We’re looking for a creative, self-directed, and motivated individual that has the retail merchandising and marketing experience to thrive with our company.


  • Effectively merchandise all online products for your categories
  • Optimize on site customer conversion and nurturing flows.
  • Partner with internal development team on UX/UI improvements.
  • Price analysis to identify pressure points, competition trends, and pricing opportunities.
  • Assist with setting and maintaining retail pricing strategies to maximize margin opportunities on all channels (On-site, Marketplaces,etc.) based on a data driven analysis
  • Create and implement product promotions and promotional calendar.
  • KPI reporting/present as needed to management
  • Work with vendors and key stakeholders to develop and execute promotions.
  • Work with Data Team to optimize product feed listings
  • Provide direction and assist the creative team with copy writing and imaging to ensure product presentation achieves desired results for new and existing items
  • Assist with new product research, copy writing and item creation
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as requested
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Demonstrated success in a process and detail oriented environment where there was an emphasis on action, accuracy and results
  • General understanding of key financial metrics (sales, gross margin, measures of inventory productivity) and a clear understanding of how to impact them
  • Direct experience with an online retailer
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Strong Knowledge of Office, PowerPoint, Word skills
  • Experience in online publishing or search engine marketing a plus
  • Strong problem solving and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Technical skills with a passion to solve problems
  • Proven track record and solid references
