Brand Marketing & Sales Manager

Renovation Brands is a profitable and growing multi-channel manufacturer/distributor focused on marketing high quality home and commercial renovation products to consumers and professionals. Current product categories include Electric Fireplaces, Fireplace Mantels, Electric Heat, Outdoor Fireplaces, Architectural Registers and Grilles and Tin Panels for ceiling and wall applications.  

Job Summary

As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified individual for a Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) role for a newly acquired product line (BB). BB manufactures, distributes and retails a proprietary line of replacement baseboard heater covers that are designed to easily update older baseboard heaters. Customers include DIY consumers and contractors for home applications, contractors for commercial renovations and a variety of distributors that resell the products (including Home Depot).  The BMM is responsible for closing direct sales opportunities via phone, online chat and email, coordinating order processing, managing inventory levels, supporting in-direct sales through distribution and providing marketing support to drive success for the brand.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales, service and marketing communication skills. We are looking for a talented self-starting individual who is passionate about what they do. 

Responsibilities and Duties



  • Influence direct sales by managing inbound customer inquiries
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
  • Achieve monthly goals
  • Maintain and develop in-direct sales (distributor) relationships

Customer Orders

  • Deliver precise and prompt pricing to customers with proactive follow up to secure the sale
  • Coordinate the order process to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Navigate company CRM system to enter estimates, orders, and document sales inquiries
  • Set up and maintain accurate records and notes

Customer Service

  • Manage relationships with stocking and non-stocking distributors
  • Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires
  • Complete ad hoc projects and tasks related to sales/product issues
  • Coordinate timely resolution of customer issues
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Report website problems and inconsistencies

Marketing Communication

  • Stay informed and knowledgeable on all products
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Participate in the development, writing and maintaining of content and providing regular updates to company websites and social media sites.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Established sales, service and marketing skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to represent the brand
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
