Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing


This role is a key member on the Advertising and Marketing team and is responsible for the American Tin Ceilings ( and Reggio Register ( brands. In addition to improving the UX/UI and overall optimization of the websites you will create and manage the execution and deployment of multifaceted marketing programs that include traditional advertising mediums including print, catalog, and direct mail, as well as new opportunities that include the development of trade specific lead generation tactics. In addition, you will manage the consistency and accuracy of brand messaging and selling propositions across these various platforms as well as trade shows.

  • Effectively merchandise all online products for your categories
  • Optimize on site customer conversion and nurturing flows
  • Understand customer and drive improvements in UX/UI
  • Monitor pricing in relation to competitors and iMap violations.
  • Responsible for the following functions: Integrated Marketing & Promotional planning, Brand Management, Traditional media, Social Media & Content Strategy, Events, Public Relations.
  • Create and manage a lead generation program that efficiently acquires high value prospects and provides a path to convert them to customers. Manage the production and execution of compelling content stories, nurturing series, and other content pieces across these platforms. Conceptualize email creation and manage production with in-house team.
  • Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
  • Create and implement product promotions and promotional calendar.
  • Work with General Manager to develop and execute promotions.
  • Work with Data Team to optimize product feed listings
  • Provide direction and assist the creative team with copywriting and imaging to ensure product presentation achieves desired results for new and existing items
  • Assist with new product research, copy writing and item creation
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as requested
  • Develop commercial and reseller tools online


  • Demonstrated success in a process and detail oriented environment where there was an emphasis on action, accuracy and results
  • Background in both digital and traditional marketing and brand management
  • General understanding of key financial metrics (sales, gross margin, measures of inventory productivity) and a clear understanding of how to impact them
  • Direct experience with an online retailer
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Strong Knowledge of Office, PowerPoint, Word skills
  • Experience in online publishing or search engine marketing a plus
  • Strong problem solving and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Technical skills with a passion to solve problems
  • Proven track record and solid references
