Sales Representative


Renovation Brands is a profitable and rapidly growing online retailer Top 500 Internet Retailer/ Inc. 500 Company looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Our mission is to build on our success as a leading marketplace for home décor, home improvement and commercial interior products. We are looking to expand our sales team with talented and bright individuals who are passionate about what they do. This position will be responsible for sales within our Mantels team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales experience and customer service with knowledge in assisting customers with measurement specifications. 


Receive inbound customer calls and identify their interest in products; counsel customers on product selection by answering inquiries and recommending product selection; guide customer from initial contact to close of sale; advise customers on the cost-effective benefits of the various products; ensure customer satisfaction


Customer Inquiries and Sales

  • Influence sales by managing inbound customer inquiries
  • Handle customer calls in a professional and personable manner
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas

Customer Orders

  • Deliver precise and prompt estimates to customers with proactive follow up to secure the sale
  • Monitor order status to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Navigate company specific system, NetSuite, to enter estimates, orders, and document sales inquiries
  • Set up and maintain accurate records and notes in NetSuite

Customer Service

  • Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires
  • Complete ad hoc projects and tasks related to sales/product issues
  • Collaborate with Resolutions, Operations, Accounting and other departments in regards to timely resolution of customer issues
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Report website problems and inconsistencies

Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed and knowledgeable on all assigned products
  • Identify cost-effective benefits of various products
  • Correspond with suppliers on product issues and needs


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Established sales skills and proven sales record
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Ability and willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
